ADNet customers, depending on the type of service aquired from our company benefit from full phone and e-mail support 24/7 assured by our experts.

Problem tickets

All ADNet hosted servers and connections are being monitored and supervisioned by our Network Operations Center non-stop. We have on-call teams 24 hours a day, ready to resolve any issues that may apear. Depending on the type of service contracted, we treat all incoming incidents as tickets asigned to our departments graded from T1 to T3, where T1 has the highest priority and T3 the lowest. No matter how you contact us, be it by e-mail or by phone, if you have a problem with our services, we will open a ticket on our side and will give you the ticket number. Every time an action will be taken to resolve the issue you will be announced by email or by SMS. You can also call us at any time to obtain any new information from our Call-Center provided that you specify the ticket number that you are interested in.

Help tickets

For our customers that use servers or any other kind of equipment hosted by ADNet, we also offer the posibility of opening tickets for helping them resolve their own problems. In other words, if you have an issue with your equipent or software and you find your self unable to resove it, we can help. All you have to do is give us an email with all the details neccesary to investigate and of course your permission to access your enviroment. In the shortest time possible, you will be contacted and comunicated by e-mail or SMS the ticket number and priority estimated by our experts (H1 to H3) or even directly the answer to your questions.

Our platform and technical solutions

Our systems are based on Intel Xeon technology and are deployed in DELL PowerEdge Servers. The network Core and Infrastracture are based on CISCO Technlogy. We use redundant power systems based on APC technology with load balancing capabilities. Our DataCenter is located in Bucharest,  Romania.
